1993 Acura Integra DA, LS/Vtec...1.6kOBO

REASON FOR SALE: Want to get back into RWD, and I have my eye on something.
ENGINE:
*Bottom End is a Stock, (as far as i know), b18a1 LS block
*Head is a JDM b16 head, that is also stock, again, as far as I know
*Stock LS Trans with Stage 2 ACT clutch
*Short Shifter (not sure of the brand, was in there when I got the car)
*Chipped p28 ECU
*4-2-1 DC Sports Header, 3" all the way back, and welded all the way from 1 and back to the muffler, not sure of the muffler brand, but it sounds amazing, 4" tip though
*Electric Fans wired to a switch inside the car
*Heat and Power Steering still work amazingly
INTERIOR:
*STOCK MINT CONDITION
*Black and Tan stock Front and Rear seats as well as Black and Tan Door Panels
*Not a Single Tear, Rip, Burn, Stain, ETC. on the seats or the Tan headliner
EXTERIOR:
*Stock exterior
*Removed the Fender Liners
SUSPENSION and BRAKES:
*1" Sportline Drop Springs, ride really comfortable
*Disc. all around
*Nissin 4pot Calipers up front and 2pot in Rear
WHEELS and TIRES:
*I believe they're Einkie wheels, not sure of the model
*TIRES ARE BRAND NEW FALKENS, NOT EVEN 50 MILES ON THEM, 205/50/15r's, Directional, all the way around
THE BAD:
*Could use a paint job in the near future, Hatch and Hood are primer Grey, Passenger side fender is Primer Black
*There are a few Dings here and there, Nothing major really, easy fixes
*Sunroof is cracked, but suprisingly, doesn't leak at all, so I haven't worried about it
*There are two NOT EVEN DIME SIZED rust spots starting to bubble on the Drivers side Rear Fender well, Only rust on the entire car.
*Center Piece around the Climate Controls is cracked
*Two 1" cracks in the Dash up by the Windsheild, Not that Noticable
*NO Carpet
*The person before me cut the doors to fit the speakers, I still have the Covers that go over them though
