1992 Red civic hatchback VX

Price: $9,600 as it sits. 10k with 24.5 slicks on gold lensos [the original ones] $10.5 with slick+Chassis engineering 10pt rolll cage, not installed.
Description:
-1992 Red turbo civic hatchback VX
-Mileage is between 108,4XX original miles [maybe around 5k since build]
-B18C swap
-Built block/head
-LSD Transmission
-Aluminum Intercooler piping 2.5'' [Inline-pro]
-Tial 44mm Wastegate, Greddy B.O.V.
-GSR front rotors, calipers, etc. [have complete GSR rear disc conversion to go with it, not installed]
-Driveshaft shop axels 3.9=600 HP
-Omni drag coilover kit [12k Front 18k rear]
-Carbon fiber Seibon trunk
- And much more to list.
-Hawk brake pads with maybe 200 miles on them, same with front Honda rotors.
-In dash DVD/MP3/CD player [Alpine]
-Brand new 225/50/16 Advan A048 DOT R compound tires [circuit cross, autocross] about $800 new.

No cheap parts on the build, everything is quality, deff a fast "strip" car & she runs 10's in the 1/4 all day long
Turn key, The only thing it is someone who will take care & enjoy her. She deff needs a bath & engine detail.
There is room to upgrade turbo & switch to E85 & a retune make more HP, I believe enough to run 9's. She's tuned on S300 & it made well over 500HP as it sits now.
I have way more invested than asking price. I bought her about 6-7 years ago from a dealership, completely stock with 92k original miles. Price is firm, but money talks, bring cash & we can work something out.
***ABSOLUTELY NO TRADES & will not show her or meet up without cash in hand, serious inquiries email me & we go from there.
Note: I own the car for racing purposes @ drag strip & autox tracks. She hasnt seen any track time for over 6 months & most likely wont see any soon, thus the sale. Pick up ONLY.

Everything but sleeves.
P&P head, 3 angle valve job, installed new valve seals at the time, milled & hot tanked. Head was basically new when i got it back. Edelbrock mani, 75mm TB 1kcc injectors etc.
Block was rebuilt with arias pistons 9:1, eagle rods & ACL race bearings.
Twin disc clutch was replaced last year, it has seen 2 or 3 track days maybe 600 miles of use.
