I bought this car off a kid on craigslist almost a year ago. He was losing his license and I had the money. He was the second owner, bought it about 6 months prior from a guy in Sterling. He had the rust taken care of and a fresh black paint job. I’ve maintained this car and kept it stock and in full working order to the best of my abilities.

Replaced or Repaired:
- Progress Technology Coilovers (P/N 77.1004) I’ve swapped the front and rear springs that came in the kit for a smoother ride.
- Drivers side front wheel bearing
- Clutch (oem exedy replacement)
- 91 crx si transmission that I freshened up (replaced ISB, shifter seal and input shaft seal)
- Drivers side axle (lifetime warranty)
- Tune up done when I got the car (spark plugs, rotor, cap, seafoamed the engine)
- Timing belt, waterpump, timing belt tensioner all done about a month ago
- Alternator replaced with one off of a 92 eg hatch (wire wheeled so it’s nice and shiny)
- Steering wheel off of my old 93 del sol (horn works! Missing 2 trim pieces, sits kinda crooked) I replaced this because the old one was falling apart in your hands. You’d get out of the car with black grime stuck to your palms. F-ing gross!
- Best Buy head unit special, pioneers in the back, alpine type-s in the front
- Exhaust pipe from catalytic converter to muffler (oem Honda)
- Balanced tires and did an alignment about 2 months ago
Other:
- Compression is 185 across the board (+/- 3psi)
- No leaks!
- Car has been raised up from what you see in the pictures, balance and alignment done at the same time
- Can get more/any pictures upon request
- Test-drives welcome. After all, it is a bone stock 91 civic haha
- I’ve recovered the headliner with some trendy fabric and attempted the door panels in the rear. The door panels didn't hold, so there are 2 black door panels back there. I have 2 black front door panels that will go with the sale/trade.
The bad:
- crack in on hood above emblem. The hood was stuck closed so I tried to bang on it to get it to pop open. I guess I banged too hard?
- trunk doesn't open from outside
- different keys for door and ignition
- retrofitted AC to R134a but theres a leak coming from the compressor, so no AC for you
- tear in drivers side front seat (usual)

Re: 1991 Civic DX, black, 230k miles
Sorry can't go that low. I can do $1200 and ill put stock shocks and eBay coilovers on it. I'll even set a ride height you want and do an alignment with you there.
And no to the trade offers sorry. Im really trying to get the money so i can make a down payment on my friends crx.
