1988 civic wagonvan 5sp AWD (granny gear as well)

Selling my civic wagovan just kinda done with cars for awhile just bought a new truck so it sits and needs to be driven more. Like most people on here i have put a lot of time and money in this car and really just want some one to enjoy it like i planned to.
NEW: all parts listed have less then 800 miles
Timing belt, drive belts, water pump, radiator and upper lower hoses, valve cover gaskets, tube seals, clutch, fly wheel, throw out bearing, innovative mounts (engine and trans), Apxi world sport exhaust (custom done by SHOP), function form coilovers, front lower control arms, rear lower control arms, speedometer cable, fuel filter, all new fluids (coolant, rear diff, trans, brake, PS not done as of yet), rockford fosgate speakers and sub ipod connect, HIDS, Nardi shift knob, short ram intake. have extra trans from when i first bought it and extra seats and a lot of misc parts.
There is a few things that need attention that i have not got around to doing, PLEASE READ THIS!!!!!!!!!
1. A/C blows cold however in first gear when taking off it bogs down.. either needs IAC valve cleaned or replaced
2. There is a slight Grind starting to occur in second gear still goes in and out fine but I want to mention it.
3. Needs new center console bezil that goes over radio and center console the guy before me decided to ruin the
perfectly good one and it needs a new one.
I bought this car as a project and have put a lot in it just needs a good home, solid DD and gets looks they are getting harder to find these days. NO trades as i stated above i am done with cars for a little while. If you have any question please contact via text for faster response i can send more pics or anwser any questions.
