i have1.5k in hand and willing to going up

i need a car fast, i have 1500 in hand and willing to pay more then that , will pay all at once.
i would like an integra or honda hatch, but doesnt really matter to me.
all i want is for it to be running i dont want a shell so dont bother telling me.

I have a turn key, you get in it now, drive down the road with NO issues 4 door civic.

It needs a windshield and minor things here and there...but, its mechincally sound and runs amazing.

Its a 1992 Honda Civic, 4 DR - Dark Blue, Automatic, Power Everything including Locks. Low Miles; 100k, Blue HID's, amber Corner Lights, lowered & the best part about it............is..........
