Thread post time is off?
In some threads it will say that someone posted at 3:30 when it's only 1:00. I checked my user options to make sure that the right time code was set but it's wrong still

At least right now, the time on the forums matches what time it is.

I posted a thread on this on 8/14 in off topic for me when I click on Off Topic or any other section the times are all off. However on the main page with all sections listed the times are correct.

It's a four hour time difference from main page to forums on mine. It shows correctly on the main page but soon as I click, say offtopic, it changes. It's on every subforum as well
