Its Pinks, come on. Typical Pinks episode.....

They need to just force these people to run what they brung heads up 3 out of 5 and get it done. If you challenged someone thats way out of your league then you should LOSE YOUR CAR!

Thats not the case usually. You contact them and tell them what you have, then they try to find an equally fast or expensive ride for you to race.
But most of the time both drivers are lying about everything. So running everyone heads up wont work. Infact I havent seen to many heads up street races.
