Things to check:

Radio electronics (ghettoly installed/ evidence of theft/etc)
Fender Liners
Sound Systems (left over random parts or horribly installed parts)
Alarm Systems (randomly left alarm parts/wires)
Rattles (random missing screws/etc)


For example I found the following in my car:

- removed alarm install but left wires dangling (stereo wires?)
- left clifford horn in fender
- left grounding clips (little circular things) all over the damn place, I removed 20
- random dash rattles (i found a BIC pen, fireball wrapper, missing 20 screws, etc)
- horrible cd player install (believe it was stolen, wires were cut and horribly spliced)
- glass had been broken and the shards were EVERYWHERE
- missing little things/broken things (rear ash tray, coin holder)
- cigarette lighter was missing harness


few others, those were the main things, I'm still full cleaning it up

 

damn that sucks. my buddy knows the guy so im not too worried.

 

It really isn't too bad, I knew the cars after I bought that one (was in a race to get it haha) so I hit up the junkyard got all the bolts/screws. Got a bottle of ammonia and paper towels and a vacuum and just cleaned the crap outta it.
