Car Show (HOSTED BY STAFFORD SKILLSUSA CLUB) (Look for our Car Show Post for April 2008!)

(Cars, Trucks, Mini-Trucks, Sport Customs – All Welcome!)


Show Begins (Rain or Shine) at 10:00 am – Awards at 3:00 pm

Pre-Register by September 17, 2007: $15.00

Day of the event: $25.00 – 9:00-noon (Gates open at 8:00 am)

Registration 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon


This is a fairly small car show; but A LOT OF PRIZES (over 25 awards) so odds are good!

Here are the classes:

o Classics (1982-earlier),
o Contemporary (1983-newer),
o Import (All years),
o Modified (All Years),
o Trucks (All Years),

There is a motorcycle show Sponsored by Waugh Harley Davidson also:
o Motorcycle (Tour/Cruiser),
o Motorcycle (Street/Sport)

There is also an Air Plane Show, but I have no idea how those will be judged/classed. . .

Hey Guys,

This SUNDAY come on out to the Stafford Regional Airport for this event:

Custom Dash Plates will be given to each entry.

The Stafford Rotary is putting on their annual fund-raiser. SkillsUSA is helping to run their car show & motorcycle show and we are taking over the entire airport.

At the back of the airport they are giving free airplane rides to kids, there will be a model airplane display/demonstration.

There will be a plane & helicopter show/display as well.

Two different radio stations will be broadcasting live from opposite sides of the event, with live performances by local talent.

The motorcycle show is hosted by Waugh Harley Davidson.

The grand prize for the "Duck Drop" (There will be a huge crane filled with numbered, rubber ducks; they drop them and whichever ducks land in a bucket win) is a brand new HD Motorcycle.

The Car Show will be on the tarmac. The prizes are in a Teired system, so with over 25 prizes awarded, there are good odds of winning.

why does everyone keep making these shows and meets on football sunday. I actually had planned to come show but i heard it was saturday now i can't because the damn Skins are playing.

 

is this on the new airport exit
