Yes it's unfortunate. However, NHRA is holding their first race at VMP this season and MIR is hosting both a NOPI and a NHRA race.
Write to NOPI and tell them you want them back in VA !

When NHRA owned VMP years ago, the stands were packed! I can't wait to see the big boys run! NHRA tracks are better kept throughout the season too, so we all benefit during our test n tunes.

It should be a damn good year. I'd much rather see NHRA come and Nopi go. We are getting NHRA Sport compact for the first time. Can't wait for the big boys. We already paid for our tickets.

mir is gonna have 2 nopi's may and aug i believe. thats sucks no va nopi. but i have heard from several people mir is a very very well kept track. so hopefully i can make it to atleast one if not both. nhra is gonna be great so im happy
