Default Dyno Day at DTP in Chesapeake

UPDATE TO INITIAL POST!!!

The date has been confirmed. The Dyno Day will be March 15th at:

Dyno Tuned Performance, Inc.
820 Greenbrier Circle #15
Chesapeake, VA. 23320
(757) 549- DYNO (3966)

The cost for the Dyno Day is:

$60 for 3 pulls (dyno only, no tune) - Cash only
$150/hour for tuning - Cash only

If people only want to dyno their cars, without tuning, then there needs to be a miminum of 8 cars. If people want to tune their cars, then a minimum of 5 cars are needed. A normal tune takes 1 to 2 hours.

Finally, there will be a cookout at the Dyno Day as well. I am looking for people to sign up to bring things for the cookout (i.e., burgers, dogs, buns, chips, drinks, ice, coolers, etc.). I will have my grill there, and I'll have a cooler, ice, and plates/napkins/plastic ware. Please let me know if you can bring something.

Thanks.

Pick the day and I am in. I really want to know what mine is actually putting down. Hoping for 400 horses. No tune, just 3 pulls.
One question, what is a predator?

As for the cookout, I'm gonna bring about 20lbs. of smoked ribs.

We'll probably be looking at March for the Dyno Day. I'll have a firm date set in January.

20 lbs of smoked ribs.....mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...

To answer your question, Gustav, a Predator is a tuner made by Diablo. The just came out with a HEMI (5.7L and 6.1L) tuner for the Charger, 300, and Magnum (the LX models)...and they are supposedly working on a tuner for the V6 model LXs.

rotaryconcepts,

Brent at DTP said that he has heard of Microtech, but he thought that it did require a laptop. Frank asked me to pass on his email and phone number, and asked if you could either call them, or email them some info on it.

DTP's number is 757-549-3966. Frank's email address is frank@dtpracing.hrcoxmail.com.

Let me know if you need anything else.

Give Frank at DTP a call (757-549-3966). I don't work for them...I'm just working with them to set up the Dyno Day.
