Here's the latest news: Two bands will perform and two DJ's are scheduled to spin. Parking should be adequate, there is plenty of room for the people who signed up so far. There has been plenty of places who donated food and drinks. Plus, many people have asked if they can bring their own food. This is a great idea! Some food will be available but people are encouraged to bring their own.

Parking:

The park is easy to access and the place is very scenic. There should be plenty of areas for pics and vids to be taken. The park is not far from the interstate and the roads are mostly smooth. The park is incredible smooth, bagged cars could lay frame on the way in. The people on the list will get priority for parking but stragglers will get Public Parking. Please take this Roll Call seriously. After careful consideration we have decided to end the Roll Call at 190 dubs. We will need room for the bands to perform plus don't wanna promise spots if we can't accommodate all of them.

Schedule:

DATP should be set and ready by 1:00. People are welcome to start arriving by this time. A few minutes prior will be fine but we will be working vigorously to get organized between 11:00 and 1:00. The music should start with a Mix CD at 1:00 and the first band will perform at 2:00. The second band will perform at 3:00. The DJ's will spin till 5:00 but we will have to be out of the park by SUNSET. Looks like sunset will be around 7:20. Raffles will be held through out the day.

Breakdown:
1:00 DATP starts and so does the music. Thanks 3 Bad Brothaz.
2:00 First band will perform
3:00 Second band performs
4:00 Two local DJ's spin for us.
5:00 DATP comes to a close and we start to pick up and roll out

From 1:00 to 5:00 DATP will conduct raffles and help supply food and drinks.


Here's the guidelines for attendees and supporters and sponsors:

Attendee- Any person or group or club who wishes to participate in DATP by making the trip out to P-Town on March 29th. For example Dub Fresh and WunderWagens are on the list.

Supporter- Any person or business that provides concessions, gifts, money or discounts on services. For example the Virginia Pilot will run a weekly ad plus send a few folks out to cover DATP.

Sponsor- Any person or business that donates money or prizes exceeding a certain amount. For example: Shelby at SMS Performance has committed to being the Premier Tuner Shop of DATP . Contact SMS Performance for all your tuning needs. These guys support Hampton Roads 100%, show them sum Dub Love.

We will discuss sponsorship more with other folks over the next few weeks. We will have VAG on location. It's cheap but not free. PM us if you will need codes read. Looks like $15 bucks to clear codes.


Just a little FYI this is for euro cars only! We welcome everyone to come check it out. But the roll call is to reserve a parking spot at the show. Thanks
