Haha yeah I know what you mean, I had 44 right before you and that car SUCKED. I ran half a second faster in a regular cart 76 than I did in the superkart 44. Last time I ran a superkart on that track I ran a 40.7xx, with 44 I ran a 41.8xx.

first off.. WALL E.. lol ... sorry for telling you I ran 43's in the staging lanes. i actually just did 43's the previous race before our heat, but it was because i had a bunk ass kart (#12!!)
but yes, ive been SK qualed for years.
NOW.. the back stretch hairpin needs to be adressed

so yeah.. the fast line thru here (blue) is hugging the left wall and turning in later so as not to early apex the hairpin. This allows for more momentum as well as a better line into the following left to carry more speed for the short straight.
***BUT***
this is only the case if there is noone riding your ass, demonstrated in the illustration by WALL E.
when the fast line is taken, the inside of the hairpin is left wide open to make a 'dirty pass'. what i mean is.. unless the kart ahead is allowing for an inside pass by staying wide, the aft kart trying to sneak in will have to T-BONE/bump/push out of the way, the kart in front.
sooo if there is someone on that tail, do not swing wide and leave that door open even though it is a faster line thru.
WallE - i know you were knocking on the door since the previous lap.. but that *%!#$@#! 'chris' wasnt paying any attention to blue flags, and staying on his bunk ass line sure wasnt do anything either. I had to try and gain that speed in the exit of the hairpin to get him at the end of the straight. You saw the opening and took it, i might have shook my fist and looked like i was going to beat your ass when you t- boned me, but it was more built up frustration of that fukk not letting me around when clearly i was faster.
Someone please tell me they saw the shenanigans that ensued after i finally passed Chris and he had to spin me to get the spot back.
btw- SK #44 is bunk too
