July 8th is Def Hyperfest...so that is a BAD day to have a meet.

meet will definitely not be held on hyperfest weekend as ALOT of us will be there instead. I am willing to drive as far as Richmond but no further as thats already an hour and a half drive.

OK so then so far the furthest away(from 757) is fredericksburg?


Also since we know its going to be on a weekend does a saturday work for most people? Or would a Sunday be better? Im trying to make this as accessible to everyone as possible.

Don't know how far you guys are willing to take this, but we could ask other forums i.e. nicoclub.com club240.com midatlantic240sx.com etc... and I'm sure we could get more people easy.

 

It should be somewhere between F-burg and Richmond. That is somewhat in the middle. Cause I know NOVA guys arn't gonna wanna drive to VA. beach, and I know you VB guys don't really want to drive to NOVA...

I wouldnt mind taking it into other forums but then that just starts including Maryland/Delaware/etc and less chance of the more southern guys going. Id like to keep this a VA thing so theres a better chance of turnout. And it may not be a bad idea to just make this 2 separate meets, seeing as how NOVA people will be unwilling to come all the way down here, and vice versa.
