Okay man, I'm just saying illegal exhaust is not the same as no exhaust at all ok? Im asking the original poster, not you. An officer is always "on duty" I know a few myself, but not in VA Beach jurisdiction and they are usually pretty firm over there with loud exhausts. I just want to double check.

 

They are all bringing their hogs and sport bikes along with their weekend cars. Most of the guys are easy to talk to and defy the "dick" connotation most people give beach cops.

As for the open dp. I don't condone but you may be able to get by. I'd be more worried about a cop looking and not seeing a cat rather than the improper exhaust ticket.

 

I was hoping to make it but the SLOW shipper that is carrying my car here from Texas just moved my delivery date from today (7th) to next thursday (15th). What a jackass.
