No, $13.95 gets you all the steamed rice and water you can handle. so make sure you don't eat breakfast or lunch, that way you can go crazy and fill up.

Basically they have a selection of cold items (carrots, onions, all kinds of meats, etc.) that you select, put in your bowl, select a sauce(s) and a chef (or whatever the technical term is) cooks it for you.
