Tim- As I said earlier, I will put $250 towards food and can pick that stuff up @ Sams Club. I can act as the "food coordinator" and get the supplies all in one place. I have a truck.......or a really fast courier car. ;-)
If I can have two or three people that can help me...........we can get the food/condiments/plates, etc. all in one shot.

All I know is...if I see someone drinking or burning out, anything that would bring negative attention to this gathering, I'm going to take your plate number myself and turn it in if we get questioned about it.
