Y1 b series cable transmission 250 OBO
SOLD i have a Y1 b series cable tranny has a slight grind into 3rd at high rpm's, estimated millage .. 80,000. 250 OBO .SOLD SOLD

Sorry to bust your bubble but this is not the Shortest B16 Gear Ratio Transmission.
Does your Y1 have the optional Limit Slip Differential?

bumP... shortest final drive ratio out of all cable B16 transmissions..., the S1 and the YS1 2nd through 5th are slightly shorter but the final drive is 4.400 as apposed to the Y1's 4.266 final drive. bump NO optional LSD. 250 OBO

your right. >> A higher number means a lower (or shorter) gear. Short gearing gives quicker acceleration, but because the engine must turn faster, gas mileage and top speed are lower. Tall gears give better acceleration and higher top speed, at the expense of acceleration.
