USDM B18C1 - From reputable shop in the NoVA area

I'm new to the NoVA area and am looking for a reputable shop who can do a GS-R swap in my 94 Civic. I'm not interested in buying from anyone's home garage or brothers cousin (if you have papers on everything and can prove its legit, I may check it out). I went on JSPEC Auto and a few other sites, just seems like to much of a hassle for a JDM engine.
If you have contact info, addresses, and/or prices including the entire swap plus labor please post them here. I'm looking at the Hasport X Skunk2 B-series Swap Kit from JHPUSA so in the event said shop doesn't have axles, mounts, shift linkage, and header it shouldn't be that big of a deal.
