Straight Swap. 2003 VVT Head for 99-00 Head.

New guy here. My friends are all members of this forum so after all this time I found a reason to join. BTW I have posted some photos of my car on the "local miata owners, post pics of your miata thread."
So I just learned that the 2003 ecu came with some kind of fail-safe thing that does not allow you to start the engine without the previous car's ignition etc. So the solution would be to go stand-alone which I am not ready to do. So I am looking to do a straight trade for a 99-00 head. I even have a brand new 2003 harness I can throw in. I will also need the intake manifold and will include the one on my end and/or the stock headers if wanted. I am not asking any money on top but will not accept a damaged or obviously abused part. The engine the head is coming off of has roughly 45000 miles.
I am willing to drive around two hours for the trade.
This is the only photo I have of the head...
Also, I will be leaving on June 2nd for two weeks and will not have internet access but I figured I would just leave this here and see what responds I get.
