I have a Precision pt6262 cea ball bearing turbo with with a billet wheel, the 'e' compressor housing, and the .68ar t4 turbine housing. This is comparable to the Garrett GTX35R, and superior to the GT35R. I no longer live in the area, but will be in the area this weekend and the week of Thanksgiving. I did mount this turbo but it is unused. Retails for $1700, looking for $1450. PM me if you are interested or have any questions.
