does the tranny have any problems like grinds or noises. my input shaft bearing is shot and i need a trans with zero issues.

I can't speak for thousands of miles, but when I was able to drive it, I didn't notice any trouble getting into any gears, nor any excessive tranny noise. The motor was awfully noisy at that point though.

Through a combination of fucked up parts I wasn't aware of, and me rushing through things to try to compensate for time lost, I've put myself in a very amateur-like position, and will not be able to sell the transmission.
It is now stuck in the bay, and though there is nothing wrong with the tranny, I am simply too pissed off at myself to turn another wrench on the car.
