You dont need a resistor box if you use OBD1 injectors. You dnt need a wiring harness - rewire your original. With a P28, you need a OBDo to OBDI conv. harness

I have:
Complete Intake manifold w/Throttlebody and Injectors and sensors
Complete Distributor(TD-02U)
PM6 ECU
OBDI injectors

$150 for all. pm me for contact info. located in woodbridge 22192

You have an 89 CRX Si and you want to do a dpfi to mpfi conversion? Read that again and see if what you typed makes sense

********EDIT**********

From your post and PM: you want to convert to OBDI.

I have a chipped P06 converted to P28 with chrome and a basemap I can burn for say a D16Z6 or a P28 chipped for the same or you can save some cash and buy a straight P28

I have OBDI injectors
