Built LS bottom end CHEAP!

$700 FIRM.
Bought this off h22power, just as a shortblock because I didnt need the stock LS head with it, as I was planning to go ls/vtec. Well Im changing my mind again on the set-up, and might let this go if the money is right.
Block only has 3k on it, and is complete. This is only for a shortblock, no head.
CP 9:0:1 pistons, eagle rods, arp headstuds, acl race bearings, new oem head gasket. These parts for the build cost him like 1500, and he had receipts to show for all of it.
Block is at Adrenaline Autoworks, and if not sold within next few weeks, ill probably just slap a head on it, and ride out n/a while I get my set-up sorted out.
I paid $700, and that's exactly what I want back. No less. Its a steal for a complete built bottom end.
