there are 6 bolt holes and they are for 35mm 38mm and a 40bolt
on the 35 and 38 you have two use the hole on the top right and the other one on the bottom left. now move on with your life

i just got a mani very very similar to these yesterday in a trade for my ram horn the guy i got it from on here said its a custom mrd mani if that means anything to you guys ill try to post a pick later but the one i got has a 38 mm flange
