B-series hydro trans bellhousing or bblapped trans

Description: pretty much I have a GSR s80 trans I got from a wrecked teg the bellhousing is cracked, that's my delemma, a buddy of mine has a old LS cable trans he said I could have it and just transfer the bellhousing but Im not sure if they will interchange even tho there both B-series one being hydro an one being cable any info on that would be cool.
If not I'm looking for any un-damaged b-series bellhousing.
