75,XXX miles and not really rising

I had this up for sale before with an AGP 50 trim kit installed so lets get that out of the way. Yes the car had a big turbo. No it has not been run at the track or even dyno'd.

Car is a Bright Silver Metallic 2003 Neon SRT-4 with 75,XXX miles. I have owned the car since 55,XXX miles and it was bought completely stock except for the mopar stage 1 kit and a PTP wastegate actuator. Since I purchased I have changed the oil every 3500 miles with Mobil1 full synthetic and changed the transmission fluid with Royal Purple Syncromesh every 10K. I sold the turbo kit at 75K miles and have since returned to the stock turbo/manifold while performing a lot of standard maintenance along the way. So lets start with what was done since 75K miles even.
-New OEM exhaust manifold gasket, 02 housing gasket, downpipe gasket
-New Royal Purple Syncromesh(Almost 3 qts)
-Coolant Flush and fill with Prestone 50/50
-New intake manifold gasket and oem intake manifold powdercoated wrinkle black
-New power steering and a/c belt
-New NGK plugs(1 step colder than stock)
-New injector o-rings
-All new crush washers and oil drain gasket on turbo
