FS: 1966 Ford Mustang GT - Virginia Beach
Name: Jeff
Location: VaBch
Means of Contact: PM or email(provided in web link)
Description: 1966 Mustang GT
Miles: 130,000 orig on body, 3000 on eng and tranny rebuild
Price: $10,000 - No Trades -
Pictures: http://members.cox.net/jeroll03
Additional Information: Give pictures time to pop up
The Good:
This car is almost all original, and it's a factory GT with the "A" code engine. Only 4% of the mustangs produced in 1966 were factory GT's. It has the original AC unit. The interior needed to be wiped and vacumed, but I've been too busy with other things. I had a custom made Griffin radiator installed to help on those hot summer days. It has a working GT rally pac. Mechanically, this car is really good. It's considerably faster than it was before the rebuild. The engine was rebuilt at Abacus racing and the transmission was rebuilt at Superior behind the Honda dealership on VaBch Blvd. It has the Mag500 wheels with brand new Eagle GT tires
The Bad:
It needs a paint job, it's years are showing. There are a couple SMALL rust spots on the lower panels, but that's it. The AC compressor is leaking a little oil, so the seal needs to be replaced. It's still using R-12, so if any work to the AC is going to be done, it would be worth it to convert to R-134. That's about it.
This is a great deal for anyone wanting a classic mustang. The car is in really good shape, as you can see from the pictures. I really need to sell it, so if you don't want it, but you know someone who might, please spread the word. Thanks

Thanks man. I hate to part with her, but I've reached that "family" part of my life, and I can't afford too many toys.
