fresh paint job 91 chevy caprice

oky i got a 1991 chevy caprice its bmw blk with blue pearl ice it was painted about 2 months ago paid 2k for it to get painted my boi lacee did it from streetdreams c.c. the intearer is blue cloth. ac heat every thing works good. new tranny from previous owner also has new exaust from cat to back...always did oil changes with mobile 1 synthetic...it is a v8 5.0 so gas mileage is oky. it also has new tires on it to.
the bad:
there is kids who live in around me and one kid bump in to the car with her scooter and make a scratch on the rear passener door will try to fix it.
needs a starter....will start up it just sum times wineds up
and it also needs and inspection but i will fix that b 4 i sell it.
