I have a 1997 Chevy Tahoe 4x4 and it has a knocking in the engine but it will still start and runs. Also has a 3" body lift with 33s on them. It has 140,xxx miles on it

Don't have any pics on the interior but I took the driver side door panel off cuz the door locks broke. The driver side door window won't work and also the back passenger side door won't open
