91 Jeep Cherokee, Off roading, rock crawling, trailing, daily driver
1991 Jeep Cherokee
4 door
Red
10,000 miles on rebuilt bottom end
3,000 miles on fresh head
200,000 miles on body
current 11/11 inspection
Drivetrain:
1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee bottom end, inline 6 242 rebuilt a year ago
1995 Jeep Cherokee Head (best year head) hot tanked and rebuilt with all new parts by Gregory's Machine Shop about 3,000 miles ago
all the other motor parts are from the 98 jeep grand cherokee
top of the line felpro gaskets most of them are metal
Aw-4 auto transmission shifts great no problems (according to the previous owner it was rebuilt once)
rear 8.8 ford axle out of a explorer, 4 10 gears, limited slip diff, rebuilt, has disc brakes
front dana 30, 4 10 gears, rebuilt, spicer u joints.
the dana 30 is a vacuum disconnect but has non disconnect front shafts (2 piece instead of 3) these also have the bigger and stronger spicer u joints
custom front and rear driveshafts built with spicer u joints, balanced and rebuilt by Gregory's Machine Shop
np231 transfer case rebuilt and new Rugged Ridge slip yoke eliminator
all oils and filters replaced routinely with only the best
Wheels and Tires:
35x12.50x15 Mickey Thompson MTZ still brand new lots of great thread
the tires to not rub unless you max out the articulation
15x10 Black steelies
just rebalanced and rotated
locking lug nuts with key
Suspension:
Rough Country 6.5 inch long arm kit
no blocks, full leafs on the back
quick disconnects
everything is adjustable

Steering:
6 to 8 inch Rubicon Express drop pitman arm
1 1/2 inch thick Rustys Offroad tie rod with new tie rods
new steering box and pump
Armor:
Transfer case skid plate
huge 1/4 inch tranny cross member which the long arms mount to
gas tank spayed with bedliner, thick for protection
Exterior:
faded red paint (why paint when you scratch it up!?)
quarter panels and fenders trimmed (had to for the 35s)
no rust
small ding on rear bumper and both fenders from rocks and trees
all new front lights with new bulbs
grill and headlight bezels sprayed with bedliner
gas tank spayed with bedliner, thick for protection
windshield is brand new
rain x repel wiper blades
back half limo tinted with the top of the line 3M film
Brakes:
new disk brakes all the way around
new calipers
new pads
new rotors
new longer stainless steal lines front and rear
new hard lines
Interior:
floor is sparyed with Full Metal Jacket bedliner
no rust
2 1/16 auto meter phantom fuel and oil pressure gauge, with twin pod
huskey liner floor mats front, second row, and also a cargo liner
17 inch grant wooden 3 spoke steering wheel
power locks
power windows
power mirrors
heat works
a/c need a new line to work 10 dollar part from Pick n' Pull
the only thing on the car that I have not messed with is the tranny but shes in good shape and according to the previous owner was rebuilt at some time
this thing tears up rocks, mud, and trails. what ever you throw at her.
good gas millage and is still a great dd
im sure i forgot some things
the bedliner that is one the jeep is called Full Metal Jacket bedliner, the same bedliner used by Production Offraod and Cap City USA in Virginia Beach
everything is pretty much new

Drive this thing from the ocean front to odu every other day and does great lots of power handles great drives like a champ
