I woulda took the carmax deal, is the extra $1k really worth not potentially selling it? I bet carmax had offered more like $21k or so. No way you didnt take the $25k offer if you are asking $26k now.

i really want to trade it for something b/c i owe for than its worth, so i need to build the negative equity into the new car, which i cant do at car max (as per USAA)... i pretty much went there to get a baseline appraisal anyways, but thanks for your informed opinion though, now go away...
