Also if you owe 4k more than you are asking, would you be able to get me the title quickly? (2 weeks).
Also, what's the deal with you giving cash if the check is higher? Why? Im very interested.

 

i will call today and see how long it will take to get the title. The cash if u pay me over the agreed price is say we agree on 9500 dollars and u give me a check for 10500 i will give that check to the bank pay the rest off and give you 1000 dollars cash. in other words gives u a chance to get some cash in hand that will just get rolled into the loan u get. i have to pay the car off and have cash to pay off the remainder now and instead of giving the bank 4000 cash i will give you some of the cash if u give me more than asked for. gives u a chance to do upgrades consolidate bills etc...

I understand now. Also, does it have a functioning sunroof? I will be getting another car, probably in 4 months, and it will most likely be an srt-4. Soo, if you still have it then...
