Sorry to hear about your pops. Hope everyone is managing well.
I just saw this ad on CL too.
-Does this truck have 4x4?
-I can tell it was used as a work truck...if I remove the cap and clean it up, will it still look like a work truck?
-You used the words "estate" Does this mean everything is for sale? I could use construction tools and yard equipment? When is the sale? Can I get a preview or listing for the bigger ticket items?
-Anychance there is a trailer?

YES IT IS 4x4..If its cleaned up it wont look like a work truck anymore.....but if you want it as a work truck itll work as a work truck too!
