1999 F350 4x4 Lariat LIFTED on 35's
Year: 1999
Make: Ford
Model: F350 Lariat
Location: Near King George
Price: $9500 firm or trade for 4x4 GMC/Chev 2500/3500 or 6.0L/8.1L/6.5L Diesel, Hemi or V10 Dodge 2500/3500 4x4. I prefer dually as I tow a heavy camper but will take a decent SRW truck. MUST BE CREW CAB. Interested in SUVs with towing capacities above 6k also.
Pics in post #3.
More interested in trading my truck.
The Good:
1999 F350 4x4, Lariat, crew cab, short bed, auto trans, V10. Its green and gold two tone with tan leather interior. It's an AZ (Scottsdale/Tucson) vehicle that I personally brought to VA when I moved here in 2008. It has 160k and has been a great tow vehicle. Its loaded with leather (new in 2007) and is Katzkin brand). Windows are tinted. It is a 6.8L with some modifications done such as headers, Flowmaster exhaust, Magnaflow high flow cat, EGR removed, Diablosport tuner (included). It has a 4" pro-comp lift with pro-comp shocks and steering stabilizer, 16x8 Eagle alloys wheels, 35" Nitto terra grappler with approximately 60% remaining tread, I have rebuilt both front hubs at 158k, the front axle (including new greaseable ball-joints) has been rebuilt at 155k. Brakes done at 155k w/new rotors and pads. I have just completed a comprehensive service including fluid changes in everything at 150k. This includes new fluid in the transmission, transfer case, front axle, rear axle, power steering, engine oil (mobil 1 every 4k), coolant and brake fluid ($500 in just fluid) new NGK spark plugs and several new coil packs. I will include the EGR tubing, a spare coil pack, an extra set of headers and a 5-1/4" drop hitch with the truck. No cracked exhaust studs.... They've been replaced with stainless steel bolts. Truck will effortlessly go another 160k without issues. Also includes a Tekonsha Voyager electric brake controller.
The Bad: The roof is fading a little as this was the only spot NOT repainted a few years ago (thanks Tucson Ford), wheels are rusting a little and the mpg computer in the upper console backlighting is burned out (bad resistor $.20 at radioshack and a little time with a soldering iron).
The only reason I'm selling is that I want something that is easier to tow and do work with. This truck is lifted and is very tall making hitching and backing a bit difficult. I also "use" a truck for what it is for, work. The bed sides on this truck are almost as tall as me making heavy loading a bit of a chore. Don't get me wrong, I love this thing. When all of my buddies diesels wouldn't start in the snowpocolypse, I was out fucking around pulling people out of the ditch and driving through 4 foot snow drifts. When their power strokes were in the shop, I was bringing them to the grocery store to get food. This thing is very reliable and will do what you want it too. I always get compliments on how good it looks, even in traffic sometimes.
