Some owners of 99's complained that the cobras weren't dynoing where they should be. Ford offered a fix to any cobra owner which consisted of an extrude honed intake manifold, revised ecu, and exhaust.

Car came rated at 320 crank hp, but owners found they were dynoing 240 rwhp which is pathetic. Ford replaced the manifold and I think the cats in some cases.
