Default 1990 mustang gt supercharged

Im selling my 1990 mustang gt 5 speed. I have put alot of work into it and just found out my job may be laying off, so I have to do what I have to do. I have almost all receipts for everything listed. I have a lot more money in the car then what Im listing it for. Here is what is done to it.

Brand new machined 306 block (30 miles, work done buy magnum machine)
Block was bored, balanced, torque plate honed and skim cut the deck
All arp fastners
9.5-1 compression ratio
brand new harland sharp 1.6 rockers
brand new fms hardened pushrods
brand new windsor sr ported/polished heads
brand new flat top dss forged pistons
brand new afm b-31 cam
track heat upper and lower
brand new bbk shorties
bbk 75mm throttle body and spacer
Brand new bbk adjustable fpr and fuel pressure gauge
brand new off- road h pipe
30 lb injectors and maf
new crane cams doble roller chain
brand new powerbond sfi balancer
vortech v1 s -trim
brand new firestone wide oval tires all around.
Pony wheels just redone professionally
Brand new fms upper control arms
New boost and oil pressure gauges with pillar mounts
New aluminum water pump
Brand new Centerforce dual friction clutch
every seal and gaket in motor is of course new
Brand new radiator
3.55 gear

The paint on the car is not terrible but it is peeling on roof and spoiler and starting to bubble in the usual spot underneath the spoiler on the hatch. that is the only spot that could be even considered rust on the whole car. Still shines and looks better then most for the year but I would get it painted since I have this much money in it anyway. Interior is in good but not great shape. Car runs strong and has awesome streetability. Still has ac and power steering....idles perfect with good cam. Comes with brand new sct chip.... (I was gonna throw some bigger injectors/maf and get a tune and ditch the fmu.) Im pretty sure its over 400 hp now and would be over 500 if tuned and lose the fmu, but I have not had it dynoed yet.

Im sure Im forgetting some things and I will try to have better pics up tomorrow. $8k or best offer.
