There's some rot through in them, I would recommend cutting/replacing, they are about $32 from LMC or $15 from Chevy Parts of America, or you could go the cheap way and clean all the rot, and use body filler, I personally like using new sheet metal to fill for rot. Other than that the floor/rockers are solid. I can look at it more tomorrow being as I'm on duty and can't leave today and get some close up pictures of the rot in the corners.
