Minus the heads and wheels, is the rest of the car original? specifically hood and factory color?

The car is originally a 383 car. I do not know if the hood is original. The color is not original. It was Orange originally. Then painted blue for some unknown reason, and then red, which is fucking worse. It was probably last painted 30 years ago.

It needs to get a 4 in the floor, slammed to the ground on some wide CCW's.
