1968 Camaro convertible
I hate to do this, but it's come time for me to part with my beloved Camaro. I bought this car used in 1989. In 1991 I started a frame-off restoration. The restoration was completed in 2001. It has been driven less than 2000 miles since that time. Has been garage kept since then, and hasn't been wet in 20 years. Not a spec of rust.
Car has a 350 with aftermarket intake and carb. TH350 transmission. Additional pictures are available if anyone is interested.
Only problem with car:
fuel gauge not working - supposedly an easy fix, but I haven't had a chance to do it.
Pictures:
Asking $28,000 or best offer.
NO TRADES!

Re: 1968 Camaro convertible
Thanks guys. This is truly one of the saddest things I have ever had to do. I always swore I'd never sell this car. I actually thought I would be buried in it. But, at this point it's a choice of keeping the car or keeping my house, so the choice is obvious...

Re: 1968 Camaro convertible
Yeah. I had quite a Camaro collection myself at one time. Back in the late 90's I had one of every generation Camaro. My 68, a 70½, an 81, a 93, and a 99. Began liquidating them when I bought my 67 hardtop that is/was going to be a drag car. Down to my 68 and 67 right now. May be selling the 67 soon, but it's not in drivable condition. Of course it does have a Sonny Leonard 800HP big block in it, which is probably worth more than the whole car...
