1965 Corvair Custom (2 door hard top!)
Never mind, im goanna keep this thing. its jsut to much damn fun!
this is a 1965 chevy corvair 2 door in pretty good shape. car was restored a # of years ago and the restoration is starting to show its age with body filler cracking in a few places and rust starting to creep up in a couple spots but nothing remotely serious. the car is a pretty good driver and turns heads bigtime wherever it goes! this is a 2nd gen corvair with styling changes as well as suspension / safety changes. this is a true "IRS" car not the ralph nader hater swingaxle rear suspension! this car has the 110 hp dual carb engine a powerglide automatic transmission. motor runs great, is strong with plenty of power and the trans shifts fine. car comes with literally a PILE of spare / extra parts. the air dam that is missing in the pics for example, i have a brand new one ready to be installed in its place. I also have an AC system for the car that will need to be partially reinstalled and recharged. like i said its a fun to drive car and looks great for its age.

Out of curiosity where did you pick this up? I remember passing by one that looked almost identical to this all the time on Three Chopt.

Egads, its been there for at least 10-12 years as I remember seeing it going and coming from daycare.

i always admired the car there. i ended up with it in a trade, fixed a few things on it and threw it out there to see what kinda response i get on it. not in a rush to sell but if someone wants it more then i do.. well then ya know! thanks tho!
