Take it to carmax and see what they'll stroke a check for. Typically they're better than a "normal" dealer and you don't have to keep waiting.
FYI no way in hell that truck gets 30mpg. I've got one... The 4cyl manual 2wd w/ normal sized tires like you have is rated at 25mpg highway.

well i just got 28mpg when i filled it up monday.....i put a aftermarket cone filter in and removed the resonator(on the airbox)......and i have 3.73 gear damn i really do drive like a grandma.
