01 Dodge 3500 twin turbo
SOLD
"I have for sale a Dodge 3500 4x4 with the famous Cummins turbo diesel engine in her. This truck has all the goodies done to her. First it has the triple gauge pod with fuel pressure, boost, and Egt gauges. The fuel injection pump was replaced about 40,000 miles ago, at the same time I put in the new updated lift pump and a holley fuel pump so she gets about 30 psi of fuel pressure. Around the same time I put in 100 hp larger injectors by Jammer. It also has a stack of programmers on it, the first one is a single stage Edge box which gives it around 65 extra hp. The second one is by Quadzilla it is a three position programmer with 0, 65,80,120 extra hp. I also have a reprogrammer for it by Hypertech which advances timing and improves throttle response and gives it about 45 extra horse also. Yes with everything on it could give you over 300 extra hp but really only around 210 extra hp.
This winter I installed a twin turbo setup with the stock HX45 as primary and an HTB3 secondary. I have 2 blow off valves to keep the boost under 50 psi, put arp head studs in it and fire ring head gasket this setup will push well over 80 psi with enough fuel. I also put in a water/meth injection kit to keep egt's down and help light off the big turbo and if you run 50/50 water/meth mix it will give you another 50 extra hp. She has a 5 speed manual transmission that has been beefed up and to put the power to the wheels I installed the upgraded flywheel which is 13.5" instead of the stock 12" and with that I put in a ceramic button clutch plate and a 3850 lb pressure plate which is rated for over 600hp. To move the heavier pressure plate I installed the South Bend heavy duty slave cylinder which is all metal instead of the stock plastic!
The truck has been babied by me the oil has been changed every 3000 miles, fuel filter every 6000 miles, and every year I change the tranny, front, and rear axle lubes also. It has the ranch hand rear bumper with tow hitch mounted below that and a goose neck hitch in the bed. The exhaust is a 5" from bottom turbo to 4" under bed to 5" dual miter cut stacks."
Just put 2 brand new batteries in it on 5/18
