I think that would be more of a distraction than just looking down at your speedo.

 

thats pretty sweet, i'd like to see it end up on helmets one day

on the race track or when actually riding hard i never look at my speedo, but it would be nice for making sure i don't cruise too fast on the interstate on the way to work, for knowing what gear your in, rpm, temp gauge etc., and a shift light built in would be nice

 

God thats dope. I hope they release that at a reasonable price within the next couple years or so.

the only thing that would piss me off about this is, its kind of like ONSTAR in that it would be controlled by satellites and they would be able to tell how fast your going and where your at, at any given time. Im not an idiot on my bike but from time to time I gun the shit out of it and I sure as hell wouldn't want a ticket in the mail because of my helmet.

Ps… I just heard a rumor that onstar could do this but haven’t seen any proof as of yet. Just something to think about.
