I havent installed one on a F4i, but I did it on my GSXR600. I am in midlothian and will do it for real cheap to help out. I am a Lexus and ASE Master tech.

Thanks for the heads-up. I called this afternoon and they want $50 for the labor and $55 for the part and gasket! :D Im going to be taking it there for sure.

Im still up in the air about whether I should get a Manual Tensioner (from APE) or go with another stock unit. It seems like the CBR board is kinda split between the two options. ???

pm replied to. $250 plus parts is rediculous. changing a tensioner in an f4i is a 1.5hr job, max. maybe i know something someone else doesn't know, but it's a pretty straight forward job with the right tools.
