You know I do some stuff at my house...everything is on hold for now until I find a new place. It will have a garage...hopefully one as big as the one I have now. If not, a lot of stuff will have to go...

I haven't had time to do anything lately. All my energy is going towards the house searching, getting my truck ready to sell, kids, etc...I already have heaters, so the next garage better be insulated also!

Not much time to build anything but cribs, changing tables, and musical swings since bambino arrived, but I'll be wrenching in the garage again one day soon!

I've taken ownership of the Hurricane project, but it isn't really much for a custom build.

It's all good, man. Tired as hell, but good! My wife had our baby three weeks ago and he's up screamin' for a boob every hour and a half or so! I'd like to see this XS project come to life too!! I haven't touched it, and it's gonna be back burner for a while. I've actually been considering selling it, along with a bunch of other stuff, and just buying a new bike because I just have no time to wrench lately. It's such a cool project though...I feel like a quitter giving up on it, so it'll probably stay stashed until things settle down a bit. Plus, I've never had any new shit and I wouldn't know what to do with myself riding something that actually starts every time you click the button.

Between fixing crap on the old house to get it ready to sell, then buying another house, moving, and now fixing things in the new house, and taking care of the baby I haven't had ANY time for car/bike projects. On the upside though, the new garage kicks ass, and when I do finally have some time to get out there I'm going to organize and set it up RIGHT, before I start wrenching on anything. I had a nice garage at the old house, but I spent more time looking for tools and trying to find shit than I did working. I'm setting the shop up right this time!

So, in about 15 years you will have your dream garage!! I have 3 kids and am in the process of buying a new house...definatly no time for anything. Sold my project mustang a couple years ago because it had been sitting in the garage for 3 years without getting anything done. I got my streetfighter street legal again, but that's about how far it's gone. I have the front end tore apart on my truck to repaint it...been apart 3 days now...might get it back together by this weekend...I hope.

Your best bet is to get the baby monitor with a belt clip, so you can carry it with you when you go out to the garage when your baby is sleeping. Also keep hand cleaner close by incase you need to come back in a hurry. At this stage, you have to answer every baby cry, but in a couple months, he should settle into some sort of normalcy, and you can actually start some of your projects back up. Everything seems to take longer when you have kids. You also do things at different times...right now I should be working on the front end before I have to go to work...ok, I will.

Later...congrats, and good luck!!

Thanks guys. I'll take you up on a hand when things settle down, Skr00z. And Skiv, I just bought the dream garage...just need to take care of getting the house straight and the boy on a schedule so I can get out there a little! It'll all come together...just madness right now!

Yeah I got her but it's going to be a while before I ride her. A dumbass here at work came flying around the corner into our warehouse where I was standing and smoking a cig and took my leg out. So I am waiting until I can put pressure back on my leg before I go riding. Won't be anytime soon since my body has to heal and get used to the metal rod that is now 40% of my shin. I'll post pics of my leg later tonight.
