just and idea....is the PC3/power commander setup for summer weather ie it has closed loop fuel injection? Cold weather makes vehicles with closed loop fuel injection and normal carbs run different depending on the weather as in they run lean or rich depending on whether its hot or cold out. From what I hear some bikes are more finicky than others when it comes to jetting and weather. Just an idea as you seem to have run out of problems it could be

alright so something i've noticed. this first started happening the first time i ever put someone on the back of my bike. i did that maintenance and it was just about gone. put someone on the back of my bike again tonight and it's back stuttering steady again. what gives?

don't think that could be it though. she only weighs 100 and i only weigh like 165 so........ plus it does it now just by myself again. it's gotta be something other than the load
