skiv got that bike from sport cycle, before it turned to cycle trends, waaaaaaaaaay back in the day when i used to work there. he's just now actually getting somewhere with it, lol. i still remember what it looked like when he got it *shudder*... it was kinda... uh... wet

and skiv, that pic is the only copy i have, i don't have a full color copy. that was from the bike show on the boardwalk.

 

Steve's right. I traded my '91 ZX6 for it many moons ago. I wanted a stunt bike, so buying one that was totaled didn't bother me. I installed a cage, built a 12 bar and called it a day...had 3 kids and a wife in the meantime, so stunting didn't make as much sense as it origionally did, so the bike sat. The latest incarnations actually came about last July when it was finally blessed and became streetlegal again! There are some older threads with before, during, and after pics...of course it's not done yet, and I doubt it ever will be...I have so many plans for it!
These pics are after I had stopped stunting (yeah, like I ever really did that anyway!) and was starting to make it street legal. I had added lights (which I still use), tail light (cut down to fit the bar), and a mirror ($5 from Walmart!!).

It didn't actually look like this when I got it inspected though. I took all the stunt gear off and had it mostly looking like it does now.
