Around 2:30pm today, Ben Bell went down on 64 at Chesapeake Blvd. He is currently in critical condition at Norfolk General Hospital. Speed was a factor. Witnesses say that he lost control and hit the jersey wall at over 100 mph. Witnesses also say that he was riding with 3 other bikes and that they left him. That is unacceptable. Please pray for him and his family.

This should be a wake up call to all riders of all experience levels. We need to slow down and pay attention to our surroundings and those that are with us. Far to many riders have gone down this year and we have all lost close friends. If you want to do something stupid, take a before you do and think about all of the people that love you and would be devastated if something were to happen to you. We understand that accidents happen but most can be avoided if we just PAY ATTENTION and SLOW DOWN.

Bobby Lynch? Sounds familiar but I dunno. Was it an 06? My bad, I thought I seen the silver side plastics, which are trademark 07 Red/Black RR.

I was sitting a the light on great bridge blvd and dominon blvd when some douche bag decided to stop to late and smashed the ass end of my 01 gsxr750 yesterday at bout 30mph ..luckly i was able to keep the bike from hitting the ground and im ok lower back hurts alittle but the doc hooked me up with some good meds. takin the bike to sunrise for a estimate tomorrow. and go figure the asswhole was more worried about the fact that he just had the front of his car fixed from where he hit another car a couple weeks before.

^ were you heading down dominion southbound? while not the same as your getting rear ended, but ive almost been hit in my car and on my bike at that intersection, mainly its usually when its a red light and im coming off 464 in the left lane when someone in the right wants to switch lanes without checking their blind spots, happened several times i just expect/look out for it now.

sucks to hear they rear ended you though, glad you were able to keep the bike up, good luck with everything.
