PitBull Bike Stand (Dimension Question)
Alright, so this is a continuation of the last thread where I asked about keeping a bike out 24/7.
Im in the middle of building a little extension to my patio (concrete pavers) and need to know how wide I need to make it. I initially was going to make it 32" wide (pavers are 16" wide a piece) but after digging for a while I thought I would check and see if anyone could really quickly measure their bike stand (pitbull or otherwise) and tell me how wide it is at the outermost dimension? So far I have the hole dug out to 5" deep and 16" wide and want to know if I need to widen it a bit more.
Thanks in advance.

Re: PitBull Bike Stand (Dimension Question)
I heard from another source that theirs was 22.5" (it was an ebay stand, but I figure the PitBull is likely about the same)...

Re: PitBull Bike Stand (Dimension Question)
Just measured my rear stand and it is 22 3/4" so 16 is definitely not going to cover it You might even want to go out to about 30" other wise you will have to make sure your bike is perectly centered if you were to go out to say 24" It will give you another 6" of play and make it easier to eyeball when pulling your bike in.

I got a few different dimensions and knocked it out to ~25" or so. I just finished and it looks pretty good if I do say so myself. I know thats only a little over an inch to spare, but Im thinking it will work alright
Thanks again, guys.
